I believe in the holistic approach to health. What you put into your body(and what you don't) will be reflected on the outside. I believe that alternative and western medicine working in conjunction can lead to a longer, healthier life.

In my previous life, I was a music educator and performer. I feel the skills I developed as a teacher assist me in my ability to listen to my clients and be able to ascertain what is needed for their sessions. I want my clients to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their time with me and will communicate as much or as little as needed. I want to educate my clients in achieving a healthier ilfestyle and making them feel as if they have accomplished that.
